The 1791 Builder Set, named after the year the Second Amendment was ratified in the Bill of Rights, features our new Liberty Lower Receivers and a burnt bronze Cerakote finish from Nevada Cerakote. This Builder Set has a stars and stripes pattern throughout and features the script of The Second Amendment at the rear of the upper receiver.
This package deal includes the finished pieces you need to assemble your own 1791 design M4E1 Rifle, including an M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver, M4E1 Special Edition Liberty Lower Receiver and our Gen 2 Enhanced Handguard all finished in a 1791 2nd Amendment design.
