The Aero Precision ATLAS S-ONE is a lightweight, rigid free-float handguard built for AR15 shooters who want maximum usability with minimal bulk. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, the S-ONE keeps the profile slim while retaining the strength Aero is known for.

The rail uses Aero’s Taper Lock Attachment System, applying evenly distributed clamping pressure across a proprietary barrel nut to help prevent handguard distortion during installation. The result is a secure lockup that stays aligned, looks clean, and holds up to hard use.

This model features M-LOK accessory mounting, integrated QD sling sockets, and compatibility with low-profile gas blocks. All required mounting hardware is included.

Fitment note: Designed to match seamlessly with Aero M4E1 Threaded Upper Receivers and is compatible with most mil-spec AR15 uppers. May not fit some billet uppers due to indexing tabs. Not compatible with Aero M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receivers.

Cheapest price I could find on the internet for Aero parts.  Since I am military, my billing and shipping addresses are different.  Jason called to verify everything and was really friendly/helpful.  Once we got off the phone, I got an email with tracking info.  2 days later, it arrived.  10/10 recommend.  Will be a Huckleberry customer from now on.
