Terms & Conditions Last updated: July 28, 2026 These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of HuckleberryArms.com, customer accounts, communications with Huckleberry Arms LLC, and purchases made from Huckleberry Arms LLC. By accessing this website, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing merchandise from Huckleberry Arms LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or submit an order. About Huckleberry Arms LLCHuckleberry Arms LLC is a Texas limited liability company and federally licensed firearms business located in Nacogdoches, Texas. References in these terms to “Huckleberry Arms,” “Huckleberry Arms LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Huckleberry Arms LLC. References to “customer,” “you,” or “your” refer to the person accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an order, receiving merchandise, or acting on behalf of a business or other organization. Eligibility and AuthorityBy using this website or submitting an order, you represent that:
A person may not use this website or submit an order to facilitate a straw purchase, unlawful transfer, fraudulent transaction, prohibited export, or other violation of law. Compliance With Applicable LawFirearms, ammunition, magazines, suppressors, firearm parts, accessories, knives, and other products may be regulated differently depending on the destination, customer, product configuration, and intended use. The customer is responsible for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations applicable to the customer’s purchase, possession, receipt, transfer, transportation, installation, configuration, and use of the merchandise. Huckleberry Arms LLC may refuse, suspend, modify, or cancel an order when we reasonably believe that completing the transaction:
Nothing displayed on this website constitutes a representation that a product is legal for every person or in every jurisdiction. Orders Are Offers to PurchaseSubmitting an order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the listed merchandise under these Terms & Conditions. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order; it does not constitute final acceptance of the order. Huckleberry Arms LLC may review an order for inventory availability, payment authorization, identity, billing and shipping information, legal restrictions, receiving-FFL information, suspected fraud, pricing errors, and other compliance concerns before accepting or shipping it. An order is accepted only when Huckleberry Arms LLC ships the merchandise, begins an expressly approved special-order process, submits applicable regulated-transfer paperwork, or otherwise expressly confirms acceptance. Identity, Payment, and Fraud VerificationHuckleberry Arms LLC may take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the customer, payment-card holder, recipient, receiving Federal Firearms Licensee, billing address, shipping address, age, eligibility, or authority to complete a transaction. Verification may include contact by telephone, text message, or email and may require government-issued identification, proof of address, proof of payment authorization, permit information, exemption documentation, or confirmation from the receiving Federal Firearms Licensee. Failure to complete requested verification within a reasonable time may result in delay or cancellation of the order. Huckleberry Arms LLC may retain transaction records and verification evidence as reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, chargeback response, accounting, customer service, and business recordkeeping, subject to our Privacy Policy. Payment AuthorizationThe customer authorizes Huckleberry Arms LLC and its payment-service providers to submit the transaction to the selected payment method and to perform reasonable authorization and fraud-prevention checks. A pending authorization or payment hold is not proof that an order has been accepted. Banks and card issuers control how quickly an authorization, void, or refund appears on the customer’s account. Pricing, Inventory, and Listing ErrorsHuckleberry Arms LLC works to maintain accurate descriptions, prices, specifications, photographs, availability information, and inventory counts. Errors may nevertheless occur. We reserve the right to correct an error and to refuse or cancel an affected order, including after an order confirmation has been issued or payment has been authorized. Examples include:
If Huckleberry Arms LLC cancels an order because of our pricing, inventory, or listing error, we will void or refund the affected payment. We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s approval. Order CancellationsPlease contact Huckleberry Arms LLC immediately if you wish to request cancellation of an order. A cancellation request is not guaranteed because orders may enter processing, regulatory review, fulfillment, or shipment quickly. An order cannot be cancelled after it has shipped. Special-order, custom, allocated, serialized, National Firearms Act, or other regulated merchandise may become non-cancellable before ordinary merchandise. Customer-Caused Legal or Compliance CancellationsThe customer is responsible for determining whether the merchandise ordered may lawfully be purchased, possessed, received, transferred, or delivered in the customer’s jurisdiction. An order may be cancelled when the merchandise, customer, recipient, delivery address, receiving Federal Firearms Licensee, or proposed transaction does not satisfy applicable legal or compliance requirements. Examples include:
When a credit-card order must be cancelled because of a legal, jurisdictional, eligibility, documentation, transfer, or other compliance problem attributable to the customer, Huckleberry Arms LLC may assess a cancellation fee equal to 5% of the amount charged. This fee helps recover nonrefundable payment-processing costs and the administrative expense of reviewing, documenting, cancelling, and refunding the transaction, but only to the extent permitted by applicable law and payment-network rules. If the transaction can be cancelled or voided before Huckleberry Arms LLC incurs payment-processing or material administrative costs, Huckleberry Arms LLC may waive the cancellation fee. Any shipping, transfer, special-order, regulatory-processing, or other costs already incurred because of the customer’s order may also be deducted from the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law and disclosed terms. No cancellation fee will be assessed when cancellation results solely from an error by Huckleberry Arms LLC. Nothing in this section authorizes Huckleberry Arms LLC to withhold an amount that applicable law requires to be refunded. Shipping and DeliveryShipping and delivery dates are estimates unless Huckleberry Arms LLC expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, governmental action, civil disruption, labor interruptions, hazardous-material restrictions, address problems, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring that the selected destination can lawfully receive the merchandise. The customer may be responsible for additional costs caused by:
Please inspect delivered packages promptly. Claims involving missing, damaged, incorrect, or misdelivered merchandise must be reported as soon as reasonably possible, together with photographs, packaging, labels, tracking information, and other documentation reasonably requested by Huckleberry Arms LLC. Firearm Orders and Federal Firearms Licensee TransfersUnless another transfer method is expressly permitted by applicable law and approved by Huckleberry Arms LLC, firearms ordered through this website will be shipped only to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee for lawful transfer to the customer. The customer is responsible for:
Huckleberry Arms LLC may require a signed or otherwise acceptable copy of the receiving dealer’s Federal Firearms License and may verify the license and shipping address before shipment. The receiving Federal Firearms Licensee is an independent business and is not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of Huckleberry Arms LLC merely because the customer selected that licensee to receive a shipment. Huckleberry Arms LLC does not control the receiving licensee’s fees, hours, policies, transfer decision, storage charges, background-check procedures, or willingness to transfer a particular firearm. Inspect Firearms Before TransferThe customer must carefully inspect a firearm while it remains in the custody of the receiving Federal Firearms Licensee and before accepting the transfer. If the firearm is incorrect, materially damaged, or materially different from the order, do not complete the transfer. Contact Huckleberry Arms LLC immediately while the firearm remains with the receiving licensee. Once the firearm has been transferred to the customer, the sale is final and the firearm cannot be returned or exchanged through the ordinary return process. Mechanical, functional, cosmetic, or warranty issues discovered after transfer generally must be addressed under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty or service process. Huckleberry Arms LLC will reasonably assist with manufacturer contact information when appropriate. Background-Check Delays, Denials, and Failed TransfersPayment for a firearm does not guarantee that the customer will be approved to receive it. Huckleberry Arms LLC is not responsible for a background-check delay or denial, identification problem, permit issue, residency issue, refusal by the receiving licensee, failure by the customer to complete the transfer, or other transfer failure not caused by Huckleberry Arms LLC. If a firearm must be returned by the receiving Federal Firearms Licensee because the customer refuses, cannot complete, or is legally unable to complete the transfer, any approved refund is subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy, including applicable restocking fees and original and return-shipping costs. National Firearms Act and Other Regulated ItemsSuppressors, short-barreled firearms, machineguns, destructive devices, and other regulated products may require additional federal, state, or local approvals, documentation, transfer procedures, waiting periods, tax payments, or eligibility requirements. Payment for a regulated item does not guarantee government approval or completion of the transfer. Government processing times are outside the control of Huckleberry Arms LLC. Additional product-specific terms may apply to regulated items, including restrictions on cancellation or refund after transfer paperwork has been prepared, submitted, or approved. Any product-specific terms disclosed before or at the time of purchase are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions. Ammunition and Hazardous MaterialsCustomers purchasing ammunition, primers, propellants, compressed-gas products, chemicals, or other hazardous or regulated materials must meet all applicable age, identification, possession, delivery, and legal requirements. Some products cannot be shipped to certain locations, addresses, or through ordinary shipping methods. Carrier surcharges, adult-signature requirements, hazardous-material charges, and other restrictions may apply. Ammunition and certain hazardous or regulated products are final sale as stated in the Returns & Refunds Policy. No Export or DiversionProducts sold by Huckleberry Arms LLC are intended for lawful domestic sale and use unless we expressly approve otherwise in writing. The customer may not export, re-export, transfer, transship, divert, or otherwise dispose of merchandise in violation of United States export-control laws, sanctions, firearms laws, or the laws of another applicable jurisdiction. Huckleberry Arms LLC may refuse an order when information associated with the transaction reasonably suggests unauthorized export, diversion, transshipment, trafficking, or use by a prohibited person. Product Descriptions, Images, and SpecificationsProduct information may be supplied by manufacturers, distributors, importers, data providers, or other third parties. Huckleberry Arms LLC makes reasonable efforts to review and accurately present that information but does not guarantee that every third-party description, photograph, specification, compatibility statement, or packaging image is error-free. Manufacturers may make lawful production changes to packaging, markings, finishes, included accessories, country of origin, materials, or minor specifications without updating every image or data source immediately. When a listing expressly states that the actual item shown will be shipped, that statement controls over a representative-image disclaimer. Product Selection and CompatibilityThe customer is responsible for verifying product selection and compatibility before ordering, including:
Customers are encouraged to contact Huckleberry Arms LLC before ordering when compatibility is uncertain. We will provide information reasonably available to us, but final product selection remains the customer’s responsibility unless Huckleberry Arms LLC expressly confirms a specific application in writing. Installation, Modification, and Safe UseFirearms, firearm parts, ammunition, reloading components, optics, mounts, knives, tools, and outdoor equipment can cause property damage, serious injury, or death if improperly selected, installed, maintained, stored, or used. The customer is responsible for:
General product information provided by Huckleberry Arms LLC is not a substitute for manufacturer instructions, professional gunsmithing, legal advice, or appropriate training. Returns and RefundsReturns, refunds, restocking fees, return-shipping responsibility, firearm inspections, final-sale products, damaged shipments, and warranty coordination are governed by the Huckleberry Arms LLC Returns & Refunds Policy. The Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a direct conflict concerning a return or refund, the more specific Returns & Refunds Policy controls. Manufacturer WarrantiesUnless Huckleberry Arms LLC expressly provides a separate written warranty, Huckleberry Arms LLC does not provide its own separate written product warranty. Merchandise may be covered by a warranty offered by the applicable manufacturer. A manufacturer’s warranty is provided solely by that manufacturer and is governed by the manufacturer’s terms, exclusions, procedures, decisions, and remedies. Huckleberry Arms LLC will reasonably assist customers with manufacturer contact information or warranty coordination when appropriate. Huckleberry Arms LLC does not control a manufacturer’s decision, processing time, repair, replacement, reimbursement, or other remedy. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for Huckleberry Arms LLC’s fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude. Customer IndemnificationTo the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Huckleberry Arms LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
