The Gemtech 12128 MIST-22 is an integrally suppressed .22 LR barrel assembly designed for the Ruger 10/22. It replaces the standard 10/22 barrel with a complete barrel/suppressor system, giving the rifle a compact suppressed configuration without adding the extra length of a traditional muzzle-mounted suppressor.

Gemtech designed the MIST-22 series to provide quiet rimfire performance in a clean, integrated package. The MIST-22 uses Gemtech’s rimfire suppression technology and a barrel/suppressor layout built specifically around the Ruger 10/22 platform.

Built for the Ruger 10/22: This 12128 model is the standard MIST-22 configuration for Ruger 10/22 rifles. It is not the takedown model and should not be confused with the MIST-22TD for Ruger 10/22 Takedown rifles. Always confirm your receiver and stock configuration before purchase or installation.

Integral Suppressor Design: The MIST-22 is not a thread-on muzzle suppressor and it is not simply a threaded barrel. It is an integrally suppressed barrel assembly and should be categorized with silencers / suppressors.

Compact Rimfire Suppression: An integrally suppressed 10/22 barrel keeps the rifle’s suppressed overall length cleaner and more compact than many standard barrel plus thread-on suppressor combinations. This makes it a strong option for a dedicated suppressed rimfire rifle build.
