The
Magpul PMAG D-50 LR/SR GEN M3 is a high-capacity drum magazine designed for AR-10, SR25, and M110 pattern rifles chambered in 7.62×51 NATO / .308 Winchester. Built on the proven reliability of Magpul’s GEN M3 architecture, the D-50 delivers 50 rounds of dependable feeding in a compact drum profile that remains manageable for both supported and prone shooting positions.
Constructed from
impact and crush resistant polymer with corrosion-resistant stainless steel internal components, the PMAG D-50 is engineered for durability under demanding conditions. The magazine is designed to seat fully loaded on a closed bolt, ensuring reliable insertion during high-stress reloads.
The integrated
ratcheting loading lever removes spring tension during loading, making it significantly easier to load compared to traditional drum magazines. A translucent anti-glare rear window allows the shooter to quickly verify the approximate remaining round count.
Additional features include
textured gripping surfaces for improved handling, paint-pen dot matrix panels for identification, and a removable floor plate design that allows easy disassembly for cleaning and maintenance. A semi-rigid slip-on dust cover is also included to protect feed lips and internal components during storage and transport.
