Perfectly suited for self-defense, duty, competition, target shooting, and hunting. Mounts on many pistols with a proper cut-out or adapter, offset mounts on your favorite AR-15, or your favorite shotgun.

The patented housing shape absorbs impacts and diverts stresses away from the lens to increase durability. Upgraded electronics are designed and proven to perform when mounted on slide rail pistols and other small arms that will shake and break lesser quality optics.
The battery powered LED RMR Type 2 features a sensor, which automatically adjusts the brightness of the illuminated red dot based on ambient lighting conditions. The 3.25 MOA dot in the RM01 is the most versatile and popular of all RMR dot sizes. The dot is small enough to allow accurate shooting at range while also being big enough locate quickly.

NOTE: The RMR® Type 2 has identical physical dimensions and mounting footprint to that of the original RMR Type 1. If selecting an RMR for mounting on the Glock® MOS system or Springfield® OSP pistol, a Trijicon RMR® mounting kit (AC32064) is required.
