Dead Air Nomad Ti OTB FDE .30 Cal Suppressor

The Dead Air Nomad Ti OTB combines the lightweight construction of the Nomad Ti family with an over-the-barrel configuration designed to keep a suppressed rifle shorter and better balanced. Rather than placing the suppressor’s entire length in front of the muzzle, the OTB body extends rearward around a compatible barrel.

The result is a full-size 7.65-inch suppressor that adds only 4.6 inches beyond the muzzle. Its 3D-printed 6AL-4V Grade 5 titanium construction holds total weight to just 10.5 ounces, making it especially well suited to hunting rifles, precision rifles and other configurations where overall length and forward weight matter.

This FDE model features a high-temperature Cerakote finish and a .30-caliber bore rated by Dead Air for cartridges through .300 Remington Ultra Magnum and 7mm Backcountry, subject to the manufacturer’s barrel-length, energy and firing-schedule restrictions.

Important OTB fitment requirement: The suppressor overlaps the barrel behind the muzzle and accommodates barrels up to 1 inch in diameter. Verify the complete barrel profile and clearance behind the muzzle before ordering. The Nomad Ti OTB is not compatible with Browning Xeno Recoil Hawg muzzle brakes.

Integral Xeno Mounting System

Dead Air machines the Xeno mounting architecture directly into the suppressor. The Nomad Ti OTB threads onto a compatible Xeno muzzle device using the system’s left-hand thread and taper interface.

A DA870 Xeno Radial Brake with 5/8-24 threads and a .30-caliber bore is included. The DA870 does not require timing, simplifying installation on compatible barrels. The suppressor may also be used with other properly installed and caliber-compatible Dead Air Xeno muzzle devices, except the Browning Recoil Hawg family.

Designed for Hunting and Precision Rifles

The rearward blast-chamber volume reduces the amount of suppressor extending ahead of the muzzle, helping the rifle point more naturally while retaining the sound and recoil-management benefits of a full-size centerfire suppressor. Dead Air rates the Nomad Ti OTB for bolt-action and semiautomatic use; it is not full-auto rated.
