The HUXWRX FLOW 22 Ti takes the company's Flow-Through® gas-management technology and packages it into an exceptionally light suppressor for rimfire and small-caliber firearms. Fully 3D-printed from Grade 5 titanium, the FLOW 22 Ti weighs only 3.9 ounces while remaining full-auto rated for .22 LR, .22 Magnum, .17 HMR and 5.7x28.
For a lightweight .22 pistol or field rifle, that low mass matters. A heavy suppressor hanging from the muzzle can noticeably change the balance and handling of a small firearm. At 3.9 ounces, the FLOW 22 Ti adds suppression without making a light rimfire feel unnecessarily nose-heavy.
Why Flow-Through Matters on a Rimfire
A conventional suppressor traps expanding gas behind the projectile to reduce muzzle report. That works, but the resulting pressure can also push gas, carbon and unburned residue back through the firearm's action—particularly on a semiautomatic host.
HUXWRX's patented Flow-Through design manages that gas differently. The internal geometry directs a greater portion of the gas and combustion byproducts forward through the suppressor instead of forcing them rearward toward the shooter and operating system.
On a semiautomatic .22 or 5.7 firearm, the practical benefit is reduced blowback toward the shooter's face and less additional contamination of the action than would typically be expected from a high-backpressure suppressor. It also allows the suppressor to operate without requiring general modifications to the host firearm's gas or operating system.
3.9 Ounces of 3D-Printed Grade 5 Titanium
The FLOW 22 Ti is completely 3D-printed from Grade 5 titanium. Additive manufacturing allows HUXWRX to create internal Flow-Through geometry that would be extremely difficult to manufacture using conventional machining while keeping the completed suppressor compact and light.
The suppressor measures 5.53 inches overall but adds approximately 4.9 inches to the barrel when installed. Its outside diameter is only 1.06 inches, keeping the profile appropriate for rimfire rifles and pistols where unnecessary bulk can interfere with handling or sighting equipment.
The Black model 3076 receives a high-temperature C-Series Cerakote finish. HUXWRX specifies the coating for temperatures up to 1,800°F.
One Suppressor for .22 LR Through 5.7x28
HUXWRX rates the FLOW 22 Ti for .22 LR, .22 Magnum, .17 HMR and 5.7x28. There are no manufacturer barrel-length restrictions across those supported cartridges, and the suppressor is rated for full-auto use.
That broad rating makes the FLOW 22 Ti useful beyond a dedicated .22 LR host. A shooter can use the same serialized suppressor across compatible rimfire rifles and pistols, .17 HMR or .22 Magnum platforms, and properly threaded 5.7x28 firearms.
Always confirm that the firearm uses compatible 1/2x28 muzzle threads and that the barrel threads are concentric to the bore before firing through any suppressor.
Simple 1/2x28 Direct-Thread Mounting
The FLOW 22 Ti mounts directly to standard 1/2x28 right-hand barrel threads. No proprietary muzzle brake, flash hider or quick-detach adapter is required.
HUXWRX specifies an installation torque of approximately 125 inch-pounds, or 10 foot-pounds / 12.5 Nm. The suppressor incorporates 3/4-inch wrench flats, allowing the supplied FLOW 22 Ti wrench or an appropriate 3/4-inch wrench to be used when installing or removing the suppressor.
Before mounting, verify that the firearm is completely unloaded and that the barrel threads and suppressor mounting surfaces are clean. The suppressor should mount firmly and remain aligned with the bore without wobble or visible interference.
Rimfire Suppressors Need Regular Cleaning
.22 LR ammunition deposits substantial carbon, lead and powder residue inside a suppressor, so routine maintenance is particularly important on a rimfire can. The FLOW 22 Ti is not intended to be fired indefinitely without cleaning simply because its internal structure is 3D-printed.
HUXWRX recommends cleaning the FLOW 22 Ti every 500 rounds or when the suppressor reaches 5 ounces in total weight, whichever occurs first. A new FLOW 22 Ti weighs approximately 3.9 ounces, so weighing the suppressor periodically provides a practical way to monitor accumulated fouling.
Remove the suppressor from the firearm before cleaning. HUXWRX recommends its Suppressor Sauce™ cleaning system for maintaining Flow-Through suppressors. Whatever cleaning method is used should be safe for Grade 5 titanium and the exterior Cerakote finish.
Black or Flat Dark Earth
This product, HUXWRX part number 3076, is the Black FLOW 22 Ti. Huckleberry Arms also carries the same suppressor in Flat Dark Earth for shooters who want the identical titanium construction, dimensions and caliber rating with a different exterior finish.
A Premium Suppressor for a Rifle or Pistol That Gets Used
The FLOW 22 Ti makes the most sense for the shooter who places a high value on low muzzle weight, reduced blowback and cross-platform flexibility. At only 3.9 ounces, it can remain installed on a hunting rifle, training pistol or general-purpose rimfire without changing the character of the firearm as dramatically as a heavier suppressor.
Its direct-thread mounting system also keeps the setup simple: no proprietary muzzle device to buy, no additional adapter to maintain and no reason to dedicate the suppressor permanently to one firearm. If the host has proper 1/2x28 threads and falls within HUXWRX's caliber rating, the FLOW 22 Ti can move between compatible platforms as needed.
