MAGPUL PMAG 10 AR/M4 GEN M3 – OD GREEN
The Magpul PMAG 10 AR/M4 GEN M3 is a compact, 10-round polymer magazine designed for compatible AR-15, M4, M16, and other STANAG-pattern firearms chambered in 5.56 NATO or .223 Remington. This version features Magpul's Olive Drab Green (ODG) color, combining the established GEN M3 magazine design with a distinctive green polymer exterior.
Despite its reduced capacity and compact dimensions, the PMAG 10 incorporates the same core GEN M3 engineering found throughout Magpul's AR/M4 magazine family, including reinforced polymer construction, an anti-tilt follower, and constant-curve internal geometry.
NEW OLIVE DRAB GREEN COLOR
Magpul's OD Green configuration brings a traditional olive-drab appearance to the PMAG GEN M3 family. Its molded polymer construction provides a consistent color throughout the magazine body, without relying on an aftermarket surface coating.
The ODG finish is particularly recognizable alongside other Olive Drab Green rifle furniture and accessories while maintaining the standard functional characteristics of the PMAG 10 GEN M3.
GEN M3 POLYMER CONSTRUCTION
The magazine body is manufactured from Magpul's next-generation impact- and crush-resistant polymer. Its durable construction incorporates aggressive gripping textures and ribbed exterior surfaces for positive handling.
GEN M3 dimensional refinements also provide broader compatibility with firearms using STANAG-pattern magazines, including several platforms beyond the traditional AR-15 and M4.
CONSTANT-CURVE GEOMETRY AND ANTI-TILT FOLLOWER
Magpul employs constant-curve internal geometry and a self-lubricating, anti-tilt follower to support consistent cartridge positioning and feeding. A long-life stainless steel spring provides the magazine's spring tension.
These design elements are carried over from the larger-capacity GEN M3 magazines into the compact 10-round format.
COMPACT 10-ROUND CONFIGURATION
The short PMAG 10 body reduces the amount of magazine extending below the firearm's magazine well. Its compact profile is useful where a shorter magazine is preferred, including benchrest, bipod-supported, and prone shooting positions.
The 10-round capacity also makes this configuration an option for applications where magazine capacity is limited, subject to the requirements of the applicable jurisdiction or hunting regulations.
FLARED FLOORPLATE AND HANDLING FEATURES
A flared floorplate provides a defined gripping surface when handling the magazine and facilitates disassembly for cleaning and maintenance. The magazine also incorporates an over-travel insertion stop along its spine.
These features complement the aggressive front and rear texturing to provide a compact magazine with the familiar handling characteristics of the GEN M3 family.
WIDE STANAG-PATTERN PLATFORM COMPATIBILITY
In addition to AR-15, M4, and M16 firearms, Magpul lists compatibility with numerous other 5.56 NATO/.223 Remington platforms, including the HK416, MR556, M27 IAR, FN SCAR 16-series, IWI Tavor, and other compatible STANAG-pattern magazine systems.
Fitment remains dependent on the firearm's magazine-well configuration and manufacturer specifications.
