The Magpul MOE SL-S Carbine Stock (MAG653-ODG) in Olive Drab Green (ODG) is a premium collapsible Mil-Spec stock designed as a direct upgrade for AR15, M4, and M16 carbines utilizing a Mil-Spec receiver extension (buffer tube). The SL-S (Storage Lightweight – Storage) combines a slim, modern profile with enhanced cheek weld and integrated waterproof storage for duty, defensive, and field rifle applications.

The defining feature of the SL-S is its dual waterproof battery storage tubes, located on both sides of the stock to enhance cheek weld while maintaining a streamlined footprint. Each tube is O-ring sealed and waterproof, ideal for storing CR123A batteries, AA batteries, or small essential parts for field maintenance and emergency readiness.

An internal anti-rattle leaf spring system provides a tight and secure lockup on the receiver extension, reducing movement and noise during operation. The reinforced dual-side release latch allows fast, ambidextrous length-of-pull adjustments while remaining protected from accidental activation.

The angled rubber butt-pad with rollover toe is optimized for use with body armor and rapid shoulder transitions, while the integrated ambidextrous QD sling mount and additional sling loops support versatile sling configurations for tactical, hunting, and precision rifle builds.

The Olive Drab Green (ODG) finish is ideal for field rifles, earth-tone builds, and military-inspired configurations, pairing seamlessly with ODG furniture, optics, and accessories.
