The SilencerCo ASR Flash Hider 1/2x28 (AC141) is a precision-machined 5.56 NATO flash suppressor and suppressor mount designed for rifles threaded in 1/2x28. Built around SilencerCo’s proven ASR (Active Spring Retention) mounting system, this muzzle device allows fast, secure attachment of compatible SilencerCo suppressors while significantly reducing visible muzzle flash.

Constructed from durable heat-treated steel with a corrosion-resistant black finish, the AC141 is engineered for hard use on AR-15 rifles and .223/5.56 platforms. The multi-prong flash hider design helps preserve shooter vision in low-light conditions while maintaining excellent durability and alignment for suppressor use.

When paired with an ASR-compatible SilencerCo suppressor, this flash hider provides a reliable quick-attach / quick-detach suppressor interface with repeatable lockup and minimal point-of-impact shift. The ASR system is widely trusted for its secure retention and one-hand attachment capability in both range and duty environments.

The AC141 ASR Flash Hider is compatible with SilencerCo suppressors utilizing the ASR mounting system, including the Omega, Saker, Specwar, and Harvester series.

NOTE: Proper installation using shims and correct torque is recommended to ensure concentric alignment for safe suppressor use. Do not use a crush washer when installing suppressor-compatible muzzle devices.
