Description Technical Specs

If you are looking for a top of the line mil-spec barrel for your 16" 5.56 NATO chambered AR15, then this is as good as it gets.

FN utilizes cold hammer forging to create this barrel out of CMV steel that is then magnet particle tested to ensure it is free from micro-stresses and flaws before being chrome lined from chamber to bore, thus preventing corrosion and erosion from abusive sustained-fire while ensuring reliable chambering and extraction. Additionally, the M4 feed-ramps and barrel-extension provide consistent feeding while the black oxide finish resists external corrosion and oxidation.

This is the best hard use barrel available.
