Description Technical Specs

Your 5.56 NATO rifle deserves a bolt carrier group that delivers flawless reliability and enduring performance—and Toolcraft is the brand trusted by leading firearms manufacturers to do just that. Now available with an ultra-durable Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating in a Gray finish, this BCG brings next-level protection and performance to your AR-15.

The DLC finish provides extreme hardness, outstanding corrosion resistance, and exceptional lubricity for smooth, consistent cycling even in the harshest environments. With Toolcraft’s signature build quality and lifetime, no-questions-asked warranty, this is a go-to upgrade for duty rifles, defensive builds, or precision carbines.

🔧 NOTE ON COLOR: This BCG has a Gray DLC finish, which can appear very dark—almost black—depending on lighting conditions. It is not Black Nitride, and it is not Nickel Boron—though some photos may make it appear similar due to its smooth, reflective surface. DLC coatings provide superior durability and friction reduction compared to Nickel Boron while maintaining a darker, non-glossy finish.

🛡️ LIFETIME WARRANTY: Toolcraft products come with a no-questions-asked lifetime warranty. If anything fails, simply send it back for a replacement—no hassle, no stress.
