Two Genuine Ruger-5.7 Factory Magazines
Ruger 90711 is a factory value pack containing two 20-round magazines for compatible Ruger-5.7 pistols and Ruger LC Carbines chambered in 5.7x28mm. These are the same factory-pattern magazines offered individually as Ruger 90700, packaged together for shooters who need multiple spares.
Each magazine holds 20 rounds. The package therefore includes two separate 20-round magazines rather than a single 40-round magazine.
Black-Oxide Alloy-Steel Construction
Ruger manufactures each magazine with an alloy-steel body protected by a black-oxide finish. The steel construction and factory dimensions are designed around the Ruger-5.7 and LC Carbine magazine interface.
Choosing the genuine Ruger factory configuration removes the uncertainty associated with adapting magazines intended for another 5.7x28mm platform.
One Magazine Pattern for Two Ruger Platforms
Ruger lists these magazines for both the Ruger-5.7 pistol and the LC Carbine. Owners of both firearms can use the same magazine pattern across the two compatible platforms, simplifying magazine organization and range preparation.
Compatibility is platform-specific. These magazines should not be assumed to fit other firearms chambered in 5.7x28mm simply because they use the same cartridge.
Value Two-Pack or Individual Magazine?
The 90711 value pack is the logical choice when two additional magazines are needed at the same time. It provides a convenient factory-packaged alternative to purchasing two individual Ruger 90700 magazines separately.
Someone who needs only one replacement or spare magazine may prefer the individually packaged Ruger 90700 already available from Huckleberry Arms.
