The Ruger 28502 AR Lower Receiver America’s 250th Anniversary Edition is a stripped AR-style lower receiver built as a limited commemorative receiver for America’s 250th Anniversary. Ruger lists this model with a special “Made in the 250th Year of American Liberty” engraving on the left side of the receiver.

Ruger machines this AR lower receiver from 7075-T6 forged aluminum using mil-spec tolerances. It is finished in black hardcoat anodizing and includes an adjustable tension screw designed to help minimize or eliminate play between the upper and lower receivers.
