The Warne V450-20MOA Vapor Picatinny Rail is a lightweight 20 MOA scope base for Howa 1500 and Weatherby Vanguard short-action rifles. It gives the rifle a one-piece Picatinny mounting surface for compatible scope rings while adding built-in elevation cant for longer-range shooting.

20 MOA Long-Range Base: The built-in 20 MOA elevation angle gives the scope additional usable elevation adjustment for longer-distance shooting. This is useful for rifle setups where the shooter may need more elevation travel than a flat 0 MOA base provides.
Howa 1500 / Weatherby Vanguard Short Action Fit: This rail fits Howa 1500 short-action and Weatherby Vanguard short-action receivers. Warne specifically notes that this base does not fit Weatherby Mark V actions. Always confirm your rifle model and action length before ordering.
Picatinny and Weaver Ring Compatibility: The V450-20MOA is compatible with Picatinny and Weaver-style rings and is NATO-STANAG compatible. The one-piece rail design gives the shooter more flexibility for optic placement, ring spacing, and eye relief compared with many two-piece base setups.
