Die Free Co Tiger Claw
The Tiger Claw is an angled forward-control accessory designed to complement the hand position created by the DFCO Kung Fu Grip. Its shape gives the support hand a repeatable index point and a surface against which the shooter can apply forward or rearward pressure.
Used with a modern support-hand position, the Tiger Claw can assist with consistent rifle presentation, recoil management and transitions between targets. Its compact dimensions avoid the bulk of a full-length forward grip, making it particularly useful on short handguards or rifles carrying several rail-mounted accessories.
The Tiger Claw is made in the USA from durable nylon and uses DFCO's retro-style molded texture. Huckleberry Arms carries black, flat dark earth, olive drab green and jungle gray versions, subject to current inventory.
Manufacturer classification: DFCO states that the Tiger Claw is not intended to be used as a vertical foregrip.
Die Free Co FULL STOP
The FULL STOP is a smaller, rigid control point machined from 6061-T651 aluminum. It can be positioned as a hand stop, finger stop or barricade stop depending on the rifle and the shooter's preferred support-hand placement.
Its 1.3-inch length, 0.6-inch width and 0.8-ounce weight provide a positive contact surface without dominating the handguard. The machined aluminum construction also gives the FULL STOP a solid exterior face for supported shooting against an appropriate barricade or rest.
A MIL-A-8625 Type III anodized finish protects the aluminum. Colored anodizing can vary slightly between individual components and may not exactly match parts from another manufacturer or production batch.
Tiger Claw or FULL STOP?
- Choose the Tiger Claw when you want a broader angled surface that follows the support hand and complements the Kung Fu Grip.
- Choose the FULL STOP when you want a smaller aluminum index point with hand-stop, finger-stop and barricade-stop capability.
- Choose nylon construction when low weight, molded texture and a less rigid contact surface are priorities.
- Choose aluminum construction when a solid, compact contact point and barricade use are more important.
Placement Changes How the Accessory Works
Mounted ahead of the support hand, a stop can help prevent the hand from moving toward the muzzle or a hot barrel area. Mounted behind the hand, it can provide a surface for pulling the rifle toward the shoulder. A smaller stop may also be placed between the fingers as a repeatable indexing point.
Before installation, unload the firearm and verify that the selected M-LOK slot provides adequate clearance around the barrel, gas block, suppressor, mounting hardware and other accessories. Follow the instructions and torque values supplied for the specific DFCO product.
Compatibility Considerations
These products require a genuine M-LOK-compatible mounting slot. They do not attach directly to Picatinny, KeyMod or Q-Sert interfaces without a separately designed compatible mounting solution.
Handguard wall thickness, internal clearance and nearby barrel or gas-system components can affect installation. Confirm that the M-LOK nut rotates and seats correctly without touching the barrel or another internal component.
